Commits with the dates you choose.
A run pushes commits to new, empty repositories on your own GitHub account, with dates in the past that you choose or that the run spreads over the last four years.
Know what a generated history represents
A run pushes to repositories on your own GitHub account using a fine-grained token you create for it.
The dates you choose are applied to generated commits. They do not record past work or experience.
Review generated code before using it, and describe its origin accurately when you share it.
How the time machine dates your commits
A run works on your own GitHub account, through a fine-grained personal access token you create for it. It pushes to new, empty repositories and writes each commit with an author and committer date in the past — the date GitHub's contribution calendar counts it on.
Between 200 and 2,500 commits per run, depending on the tier. They are a record of code the run generated on the dates you chose, not of work done on those days.
What a run produces
A run works on your own GitHub account, with a fine-grained personal access token you create for it. This is what it puts there.
New repositories on your account
A run pushes only to new, empty repositories: the one you create for a Trial-size or free beta run, or ones the run creates (Basic, Advanced). It refuses any repository that already has commits, and never renames or deletes a repository.
Commits dated in the past
Each commit is written with an author and committer date in the past (inside the range you pick, or spread over the last four years), so it lands on your contribution graph on that date. Between 200 and 2,500 commits per run, depending on the tier.
What the commits contain
Trial-size and free beta runs change a small data file. Basic copies 8 projects from our template library. Advanced generates 2 repositories with a language model, on the topics and languages you name.
Planned one-time pricing
Paid runs are not on sale during the free beta. These are the planned tiers: one-time prices, no subscription.
